You awaken early to prepare to go out into the fields but the elves staged a counter attack against the last of the humans farming villages, you throw open your door and kill an elf with your hammer, the time is now will you save the last human village between the elves and the city of Dremdor or will you allow them to destroy the humans last hope!

Anthony bit his lip and stared at the elf that had attacked him. He had to defend himself....He looked at his bloody hammer and shook his head. This was horrible but he couldn't let his friends and family be destroyed! But he wouldn't destroy the elves to save them.
No he would make friends with them, he had to. His dreams of peace would not be destroyed. The elves had to have their reasons didn't they? Anthony forced himself to smile at the thought of a truce and ran do the farmland.

Once Anthony got to the farmland, he see's a person kneeling in the blood soaken grass. " it's not that I hate you, per se, it's that I cant stand what you did to my family" Derick spoke to one of the many bodys around him, in a sadish tone of voice

Anthony froze for a moment, afraid to approach the obviously upset elf. "W-wait," he began in a weaker voice than he chose, he extended his hand, "Please don't hurt him." Anthony's desire to make peace made his legs feel flimsy, but the blood made him feel sick.
"We don't have to fight, we-...we can be at peace with eachother, if we just strive towards it." Anthony blinked down at the bloodly grass almost slipping on it.
Shock suddenly pierced him. Where was his brother? Anthony jerked his head in every direction to be sure his fragile brother wasn't mistaken for an elf and killed. After a few moments he sighed in relief, his brother wasn't in the battle.
Anthony turned to the elf once more remembering his goal.

Derick looked at Anthony with tears in his eyes, " I dont care, this one must die, I have to kill hm..." he started, mummbling the rest of his sentence, "he killed my family"

Anthony's eyes widened. "But you're taking him away from a family that needs him!" Anthony took another step foreword. "If he's so bad, please, don't go and be as bad as him. I know he had his reason's for killing your family just like how you have your reasons for trying to kill him right now." Anthony stood in front of him now.
"I'm sorry for what he's done to you... but if we strive to work together fighting will stop and no one will ever die again." his arms trembled as he reached out to him. "This could be a a chance for vengeance to stop, if you kill him someone will try to avenge him and so on and so forth.... it could stop." Anthony's arms finally made it around the crying boy and pulled him into a hug. He prayed he wouldn't be pushed away or killed for touching him in such a state....

Derick trembled, "i know...your..right" he hated it, finally this was his chance to kill the elf who put him through soo much, but now, he felt it would just end up worse, even though he knew, the elf wouldnt stop if it were his choise (btw derick be a human^^)

lol i saw ^^:.) Anthony smiled and pulled away. "At least I stopped someone, thank you." he said. "Are you okay to go home?" Anthony asked. Anthony looked down at the elf wondering if he'd need help home as well...

"leave him" Derick replied standing up an obvious army badge on his school uniform, " I cant go home just yet"

Anthony looked up at David in confusion. "What are you going to do?"

"What I must" Derick said saddened, but then regained his composure

"Please tell me what you 'must' do." Anthony pleaded.

"Why" Derick Questioned

"Are you going to hurt more of them?" Anthony's features saddened at the thought.

"That depends on if I run into more of them" Derick continued, "On a last request, when you return home this evening, please lock your doors, i've been told of grimes coming toward here" Derick finished
